Research fields :

  • Synthesis and purification of infrared, chalcogenide and tellurite glasses;
  • Development and study of nonlinear micro-structured optical  fibres  (MOFs).


Current projects :

  • Chalcogenide optical fibres with very low attenuation. Applications: lasers in the 3-5μm and 8-14μm windows;
  • Development of MOFs with controllable dispersion;
  • Development of compact supercontinuum sources based on chalcogenide and tellurite MOFs.
